At BÂOLI, we believe in the holistic philosophy of community and sharing. The origin of our name is derived from the Hindi teachings that nourish and feed the ever-evolving rhythms of life.
We are inspired by the tropical allure of far-reaching destinations.
This spirit has defined our vision and culinary voyage as well as providing a distinct point of view that transports from the sanctuary of Bali, the refined coast of the South of France all the way to the magic city of Miami. The historic success and soul of BÂOLI are now back to life with a new and modern sensibility.

A baoli is a reservoir in which water can be stored. It is also a source of groundwater. Numerous tanks and baolis were commissioned by the ruling clans in which water was collected mainly during the rainy season and was then used throughout the year by the people in the neighborhood.

Who We Are
Born in 2000, from the imagination of Christophe Caucino, a renowned restauranteur from Cannes (France), BÂOLI is inspired by the spirit of South East Asia and influenced by the elegance of the South of France.
BÂOLI Cannes, ideally located in the harbor of Cannes, quickly established itself among the top European culinary and nightlife destination staple.
BÂOLI Miami opened its doors in 2008, and the brand has since become a world-renowned destination frequented by celebrities and jet setters.
At the end of a successful decade, Christophe Caucino decided in 2023 to partner with luxury hospitality group, RIVIERA DINING GROUP, to breathe new life into the concept, through a fresh and transportive design, an elevated culinary and mixology offering, and amplified entertainment.
