Guest Policies & Guidelines

1. Reservations & punctuality

Advance reservations are recommended. Tables will be held for 15 minutes past the confirmed reservation time. If we have not been contacted, the table may be released.

2. Modifications & cancellations

Reservation changes must be requested within a reasonable time before the scheduled arrival and are subject to availability. We kindly ask guests to notify us of cancellations as early as possible.

3. Dress code

A chic & elegant dress code is required. Athletic wear, beachwear, men’s shorts, sleeveless shirts, flip-flops, caps and overly casual attire are not permitted.

4. Age policy

Minors are welcome for dinner when accompanied by an adult. Age restrictions may apply during late-night events. Alcohol consumption is strictly limited to guests aged 21 and over.

5. Table assignments

Tables are assigned based on availability and party size. Specific table or seating requests cannot be guaranteed.

6. Special events & entertainment

Special events may have additional entry, reservation or minimum-spend requirements. Music and entertainment schedules are subject to change.

7. Guest conduct & safety

Respectful behavior toward staff and fellow guests is required. Disruptive, aggressive or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated.

8. Photography & recording

Personal photography is welcome as long as it does not disturb other guests. Professional photography and filming require prior management approval.

9. Allergies & special requests

Please inform our team of any food allergies, dietary restrictions or special requests in advance. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
